★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons commencé notre randonnée de la Spezia pour arriver à la destination finale.
Une information importante, la randonnée demande un effort physique et n'est pas adaptée pour les enfants de moins de 10 ans.
Sinon très bonne expérience, nous avons marché longtemps pour retrouver une belle plage et puis nous avons repris notre route pour rentrer à la Spezia
Nous avons marché au total 22 km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo unico e irripetibile. Magico e "pericoloso"... prestate attenzione a scendere soprattutto se andate con bambini. Cmq vale la pena di vedere un posto così bello che si tuffa in mare.

Ci si va per la scalinata ed è incredibile incrociare gente che si lamenta per la fatica . . .
Andateci di inverno in una bella giornata di sole non fate l'errore di arrivarci d'estate sotto il sole perché non vi è ombra / bar / strade alternative . L'unico modo per rinfrescarsi è arrivare in fondo e tuffarsi in mare . . . Ma poi dovrete risalire . Quindi sconsigliato nei mesi caldi ma ottimo per un bel tramonto invernale

You go up the steps and it is incredible to meet people who complain of fatigue. . .
Go there in the winter on a nice sunny day don't make the mistake of getting there in the summer in the sun as there is no shade / bar / alternative roads. The only way to cool off is to get to the bottom and dive into the sea. . . But then you'll have to go back up. So not recommended in the hot months but great for a beautiful winter sunset

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pazzesco da quanto è bello! Uno degli scorci più magnifici che io abbia mai visto!!! Ma non è per tutti, bisogna avere una base di allenamento o diventa un calvario, si parla di 1100 gradini, alti, da scendere e da risalire. Ma detto questo, bisogna andarci almeno una volta nella vita!
Crazy as to how good it is! One of the most magnificent views I've ever seen !!! But it is not for everyone, you need to have a training base or it becomes an ordeal, we are talking about 1100 steps, high, to go down and up. But having said that, you have to go there at least once in your life!
