★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa un mese fa ho portato il mio telefono in questo negozio di assistenza per la sostituzione del connettore di ricarica per Samsung galaxy s6, pago il ricambio prima della consegna del telefono quando ritorno a ritirare il telefono dopo 1 giorno mi ritrovo con il connettore di ricarica sostituito però quando metto il telefono sotto carica oltre il 60% di ricarica non va e poi lo schermo si va sgretolando, provo a chiamare al negozio per avere spiegazioni ma non mi risponde nessuno, morale della favola assistenza tecnica pessima
About a month ago I brought my phone to this service shop for the replacement of the charging connector for Samsung galaxy s6, I pay the spare before the delivery of the phone when I return to pick up the phone after 1 day I find myself with the charging connector replaced, however, when I put the phone on charge more than 60% of charge does not go and then the screen is crumbling, I try to call the shop for explanations but no one answers me, moral of the story bad technical assistance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cellulare "riparato" e pagamento effettuato. dato che non funzionava nulla ritorno in negozio per ulteriore assistenza il proprietario mi dice che non si può aggiustare e che non mi avrebbe ridato i soldi, in compenso mi offre un powerbank ( il powerbank riporta la dicitura for IPhone 4 ed eravamo nel 2018) - ovviamente non funzionante me lo sostituisce con un altro uguale ma ovviamente identico al primo buono soltanto per indifferenziata... Servizio ridicolo
Mobile "repaired" and payment made. since nothing worked back to the shop for further assistance the owner tells me he can't fix it and that he wouldn't give me back the money, on the other hand he offers me a powerbank (the powerbank carries the wording for IPhone 4 and we were in 2018) - obviously not working it replaces me with another equal but obviously identical to the first voucher only for undifferentiated ... Ridiculous service
