Sono arrivata con il desiderio di cambiare look applicando delle extensions e devo dire che durante la consulenza Virgilio si è mostrato subito gentile e disponibile. Virgilio ha saputo consigliarmi e guidarmi nella scelta più adatta alla mia situazione, ha capito con estrema empatia le mie necessità ma cosa più importante ha fatto un lavoro splendido con tanta tantissima professionalità. Non danno fastidio, non fanno male.. praticamente non le sento. Loro sono molto professionali, spedizione velocissima e sempre disponibili ad ogni domanda, dalla prima applicazione in poi. Ho visto la pubblicità sui social e sono molto soddisfatta e felice di aver provato queste extension. Spero un giorno di riuscire ad andare nel loro negozio. Ho applicato delle extension con microring, e che dire… la mia chioma è semplicemente stupenda, non si nota nessuna differenza con i miei capelli perché Virgilio ha saputo trovare la tonalitá esatta del mio capello per cui il risultato è davvero naturale. Sono molto soddisfatta, le extension sono morbide e di qualità, sono uscita dal salone davvero felicissima, e per questo mi sento di consigliare questo salone a tutte le ragazze che vogliono ridar vita ai propri capelli o semplicemente allungarli/ infoltirli. Troverete tanta tanta professionalità. Ringrazio ancora tantissimo la ragazza che mi ha applicato le extension, che è davvero molto brava ( oltre che gentile e simpatica, che non è mai scontato!!) e ha fatto un lavoro strepitoso, ma soprattutto Virgilio per la professionalità, la disponibilità e tutti i consigli che mi ha dato. Partendo dalla professionalità delle persone che lavorano all’interno del locale e di Virgilio, sono veramente fantastici, gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente, dando sempre il loro punto di vista, sincero da veri professionisti. Ho dei capelli molto fini, come spaghetti, ma nonostante questo, Virgilio e le sue collaboratrici sono stati in grado di trovare la tipologia di extension adatta a me. When I came in my hair was a disaster from a previous salon in New York, and my extensions were very wrong. This very charming master stylist (forgot his name because I can’t pronounce it lol) was epic! He removed all my hair and started fresh. Now I feel more beautiful than ever. Thank you Mondo! Will come back whenever I can !
