g	gianluca melloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi montatori non sono stati capaci di montare un pattume, con un trapano hanno trasformato un anta di un mobile in un formichiere. non parliamo dell' assistenza a cui ci siamo rivolti per cambiare tutti i pezzi della cucina perché rovinati ma dopo tre mesi ancora non sono riusciti a sostituire un pezzo rovinato ovviamente,in più alle 9 di sabato sera chiamano disdicendo l appuntamento per il lunedì mattina. MAI PIU mondo convenienza. È passato quasi un mese e non mi hanno ancora consegnato nulla..ho l'armadio aperto, senza la possibilità di poterlo riempire...con I panni ancora negli scatoloni.........STO ASPETTANDO !!!!!!!! Telefonavo, parli con addetti al call center, che è come un biglietto vincente, beato chi ti capita. Mail su mail per fissare un appuntamento, poi rinviarlo. Insomma una pena. Costa poco ma è anche di scarsa qualità, e ci sta. Ma i tempi per la consegna lasciano a desiderare. For a living room table I had to wait 4 months from the order date. A questo punto inaffidabili anche per la consegna di fine maggio... Per cui siamo andati fino a Ravenna per dargli nuovamente le misure e doveva arrivare nel giro di qualche giorno invece ci tocca aspettare altri 20 giorni. Hanno voluto il pagamento anticipato e ora ovviamente non possiamo annullare l'ordine e riavere i soldi ma ci è stato dato un buono sconto di 100 euro per gli errori che hanno fatto. Chiamiamo per avere indicazioni, data la fretta che abbiamo perché dobbiamo traslocare dall'appartamento, e ci viene detto che prima di qualche giorno non possiamo avere informazioni e riprogrammare la consegna. Se avete necessità che la consegna venga effettuata nella data stabilita non affidatevi a loro, per quanto riguarda la serietà del servizio consegna e clienti totalmente inaffidabile.
