★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivere recensioni è praticamente inutile per loro, in automatico commentano di segnalare il problema. Ordinato il divano più di due mesi fa,arrivato ieri non consegnato perché chi fa le consegne non è in grado di fare un piano di scale senza far danni infatti erano disposti a portarlo in casa solo se firmavo che accettavo la possibilità che salendo le scale il divano potesse danneggiarsi e tenermelo comunque danneggiato. (Premetto che le scale sono larghe e ci passa un divano intero comodamente)
Parlato con l'operatore Martina che non sapendo nemmeno di che si occupa pretende di dirgli che sono io a non accettare la consegna perché è normale per lei tenere un divano danneggiato perché se la consegna la fanno con personale non idoneo il problema non è loro ma di chi compra. La sua soluzione: lasciarlo nell'androne farlo montare dopo nel mentre qualcuno a mie spese dovrà portarlo in casa.
Veramente un bruttissimo servizio.
 Writing reviews is practically useless for them, they automatically comment to report the problem. Ordered the sofa more than two months ago, arrived yesterday undelivered because those who make deliveries are not able to make a plane of stairs without causing damage in fact they were willing to take it home only if I signed that I accepted the possibility that going up the stairs the sofa could get damaged and still keep it damaged. (I state that the stairs are wide and a whole sofa fits comfortably)
Talked to the operator Martina who, not even knowing what she does, pretends to tell him that it is I who does not accept the delivery because it is normal for her to keep a damaged sofa because if they deliver it with unsuitable personnel, the problem is not them but of those who buy. His solution: leave it in the hall and have it mounted later in the meantime someone at my expense will have to bring it into the house.
Really a very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi ottimi l'unica cosa negativa è venuto un montatore poco esperto ho dovuto pagare l'idraulico per 2 fare sbontare il mobile montato con 2 cm fuoribolla ma vi posso assicurare che i montatori non sono tutti uguale consiglio di fare acquisti
Excellent prices the only negative thing came an inexperienced fitter I had to pay the plumber for 2 to have the cabinet mounted with 2 cm out of the bubble but I can assure you that the fitters are not all the same I recommend making purchases

Alla fine non hanno voluto montare la cucina per una misura errata che a detta loro doveva essere rispettata (e della quale non siamo stati messi al corrente). No rimborso montaggio e quindi dovrò cercarmi e pagare un altro montatore . Pessimo.
Purchased online. Delivery in mad delay despite wanting the transfer immediately. In the end, they did not want to assemble the kitchen for an incorrect measure which they said had to be respected (and of which we were not informed). No fitting refund and therefore I will have to find myself and pay another fitter. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non volevo credere alla miriade di lamentele su questa ditta ma purtroppo pure io sono incappato in una situazione come scritta da molti...ordinato un divano mi è stata data la disponibilità certa e la data di consegna...il giorno prima ho ricevuto una chiamata che mi diceva che il divano è caduto dal ripiano dove stava e non sanno quando ci sarà la consegna...il divano che era da sostituire è già in discarica...praticamente sono senza divano...l’unica nota positiva è quella che non ho pagato in anticipo! Aspettiamo una settimana se no mi rivolgo altrove...
I did not want to believe the myriad of complaints about this company but unfortunately I also ran into a situation as written by many ... ordered a sofa I was given the certain availability and the delivery date ... the day before I received a call that told me that the sofa has fallen off the shelf where it was and they don't know when the delivery will take place ... the sofa that was to be replaced is already in the landfill ... practically I am without a sofa ... the only positive note is the one I didn't pay in advance! Let's wait a week or else I'll go elsewhere ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato e pagato un divano più il trasporto. Consegna prevista dal 3 al 9 marzo. Ad oggi 17 marzo non ho ancora il divano. Chiamando il servizio clienti dicono che il prodotto non è presente in magazzino. Vendono merce che in realtà non c’è facendo previsioni a caso sulla consegna. Non hanno saputo dirmi quanto dovrò aspettare. Giorni, settimane, mesi? Assurdo. Da vergognarsi.
I bought and paid for a sofa plus transport. Delivery scheduled from 3 to 9 March. As of today, March 17, I still don't have a sofa. Calling customer service they say that the product is not in stock. They sell goods that are not actually there by making random forecasts on delivery. They couldn't tell me how long I'll have to wait. Days, weeks, months? Absurd. To be ashamed.
