★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fronte di una semplice richiesta di restituire al mittente un pacco ordinato online con punto di ritiro presso lo store di Lecce via Cavallotti ci è stato risposto: "Io per il vostro pacco non alzo un dito, la prossima volta venite a comprare i libri in negozio".
Certamente lo farò, ma in un altro Mondadori Store.
Complimenti per la professionalità e l'attenzione al cliente
 In response to a simple request to return to the sender a package ordered online with collection point at the Lecce store via Cavallotti we were told: "I do not lift a finger for your package, the next time you come to buy the books in shop".
I certainly will, but in another Mondadori Store.

A well-stocked library for both adults and children, a fixed stop for us ... the kids always know how to be kind and are very well prepared on any book you ask for, really professional and easy-going
