La mia esperienza è legata ad un ricorso in merito ai diritti ex dpr 243/06 (già ex Lege 23/12/2000 n. 388 art. 82) in materia di Vittime del Dovere - Criminalità Comune. Con ricorso giudiziale presso il Tribunale di Taranto - Sezione Lavoro, l'Avvocato Lorenzo è riuscito a dimostrare che la valutazione ex dpr 181/09, artt. 3 e 4 era prevalente a quella meno vantaggiosa ex dpr 243/06, art. 5. Il tutto verteva su una percentuale penalizzante accertata in Commissione Medica Ospedaliera (Militare), poi riliquidata nella misura maggiore al 25% con sentenza dello stesso Tribunale. Un ringraziamento personale, di mia moglie e dei miei figli ad un uomo che sa indirizzare, anzi sintonizzare i Giudici sulle giuste frequenze della Legge!!!

Excellent military lawyer. My experience is linked to an appeal regarding the rights pursuant to Presidential Decree 243/06 (formerly pursuant to Law 23/12/2000 n. 388 art. 82) regarding Victims of Duty - Common Crime. With a judicial appeal to the Court of Taranto - Labor Section, Lawyer Lorenzo was able to demonstrate that the assessment pursuant to Presidential Decree 181/09, art. 3 and 4 prevailed over the less advantageous one pursuant to Presidential Decree 243/06, art. 5. Everything concerned a penalizing percentage ascertained in the Hospital Medical Commission (Military), then re-liquidated to a greater extent than 25% with a sentence of the same Court. A personal thanks, from my wife and children to a man who knows how to direct, indeed tune the Judges on the right frequencies of the Law !!!
