★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto notare che il libro NUOVO che volevo acquistare, era usurato, la commessa ricciola (era sabato 9.10, pomeriggio, spero lo legga) ha esordito con "Bhe e che problema c'è, di sicuro non ti impedisce di leggerlo".
Immediatamente uscito mi sono recato alla Feltrinelli, dove ho acquistato il medesimo libro in ottime condizioni.
Grazie alla maleducazione del vostro personale, avete perso un cliente ??
