Si deve regalare una cosa impacchetata così ai propri cari? E neppure a negozio pieno...

Given that in almost ten years as a customer I have always felt comfortable and have never had anything to say, it is however not acceptable that you do not make the effort to fold the edge of the paper for a Christmas gift. Should you give something wrapped up like this to your loved ones? And not even when the shop is full ...
I hope I have reasons to change this review soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a book on Amazon.it from them, to later find out the book was unavailable, and will remain so. The due payment was taken from my account. That was December 5. We are on Dec. 23 and the still no sign of the money. To be sure, Amazon.IT's + my Italian bank's lack of competence plays an important role on the delay, provided that the library do not have my money. But when one does not offer things one cannot sell, things usually pay off well.
