La titolare è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile, ha molta pazienza con i bambini e li aiuta nella ricerca, senza pressare per vendere. Lo consiglio a tutti, grandi e piccoli. Le bambine peraltro si sono comportate molto educatamente e non hanno TOCCATO nulla. Forse in precedenza ha avuto brutte esperienze . Peccato per noi e per Lei. We went in with three girls and the lady got scared. we were looking for a children's book that she didn't have and ... she seemed relieved that we didn't ask for more. The girls however behaved very politely and did not TOUCH anything. Maybe he had bad experiences previously. Too bad for us and for you.
