Sono andata per fare cambio sim ho. mobile dopo il problema del furto dati e mi hanno risposto che non serviva a nulla e che avrei dovuto pagare 15€ per cambiarla e tanto valeva cambiare operatore. Dopo aver letto il comunicato ho. che diceva che il cambio era gratuito, mi sono recata da Computer Discount, dove i gentilissimi commessi hanno effettuato il cambio sim GRATUITAMENTE. Complimenti veramente, non c'è che dire. Shameful. In ordine cronologico: - mi è stato fatto un preventivo di 150€ per cambiare lo schermo di uno smartphone che nuovo costava 200€ - è stato da me personalmente segnalato a KENA mobile in quanto, al momento dell'attivazione della SIM, aggiungeva la sua commissione di 5€ al prezzo reale, facendola passare come tassa di attivazione richiesta da KENA - ha tentato di far passare un processore intel di 3° generazione per un processore di 8° generazione sotto i miei occhi.
