Una richiesta fatta per il passaggio ad altro operatore richiesta il 27 aprile, l'ha processata il 19 maggio. Questo non è che l'ultimo episodio. Inaccettabile ! Mai più.
I am so sorry for the owner but the employee of the LATERZA shop, for the umpteenth time has proved absolutely inadequate and superficial. A request made for the transfer to another operator requested on April 27, processed it on May 19. This is only the last episode. Unacceptable ! Never again.
