F	Francesca Randon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica Manuela! Non avevo confidenza con il negozio, ma in pochi minuti siamo entrate in sintonia e dalla "spuntatina" siamo passati ad un taglio netto!! So di essere una cliente difficile ma qui ho trovato professionalità, capacità di ascolto e consiglio sulla base delle richieste ma anche della fisionomia (cosa a mio avviso fondamentale in un parrucchiere ma che è merce sempre più rara!!!). Prima avevo un "non taglio" anonimo, ora anche i capelli esprimono personalità. Aggiungo che i tempi previsti sono stati rispettati, con un servizio curato e sempre super sorridente. Manuela una vera forza della natura! Alla prossima ? Fantastic Manuela! I was not familiar with the shop, but in a few minutes we got in tune and from the "trim" we went to a clean cut !! I know I am a difficult customer but here I found professionalism, listening skills and advice on the basis of requests but also of physiognomy (which in my opinion is fundamental in a hairdresser but which is an increasingly rare commodity !!!). Before I had an anonymous "no cut", now my hair also expresses personality. I would add that the deadlines were respected, with a careful and always super smiling service. Ho trovato professionalità, attenzione al cliente, competenza, cortesia e l'ambiente è allegro e familiare. Sono stata seguita dall'inizio alla fine da Manuela che mi ha fatto colore, taglio e piega. Ha saputo capire sin da subito le mie richieste sul colore ed è riuscita ad arrivare al risultato desiderato. Partivo da un colore piatto, scuro e senza spessore ed è riuscita a dare luce ai miei capelli spenti utilizzando prodotti senza ammoniaca. Mi sono poi fatta consigliare un taglio scalato di cui sono molto contenta. Piacevolissimo anche il momento del lavaggio dei capelli con i sedili reclinabili: è stato una vera coccola! Non posso che consigliare "Momento In" e mettere le cinque stelle: strameritate!! Today for the first time I met the staff of "Momento In" attracted by the numerous reviews read on Google. I found professionalism, attention to the customer, competence, courtesy and the environment is cheerful and familiar. I was followed from start to finish by Manuela who made me color, cut and fold. She was able to immediately understand my requests on color and managed to arrive at the desired result. I started with a flat color, dark and without thickness and she managed to give light to my dull hair using products without ammonia. I then got advice on a layered cut which I am very happy with. The moment of washing hair with the reclining seats was also very pleasant: it was a real treat! I can only recommend "Momento In" and put the five stars: deserved!

È la seconda volta che faccio una permanente ed esco contenta e soddisfatta. Entrambe le volte sono stata seguita da Nico, che ringrazio perchè riesce a dare un effetto naturale (oltre ad essere duraturo) al capello. È difficile trovare qualcuno che riesca a fare bene una permanente. Ho ottenuto esattamente l'effetto che desideravo.
