La contattai la prima volta a inizio maggio e durante il colloquio telefonico mi disse che non sarebbe stato necessario andare fino a Roma e che avrebbe potuto realizzare tutto a distanza appoggiandosi ad una sua collega di Bologna. Passano i mesi ed ha sempre una scusa pronta per rimandare il tutto. L'idea era di fare una sorpresa a mio figlio x il suo compleanno che è stato a giugno....Ultimo contatto a fine giugno- inizio luglio, mi avrebbe dovuto organizzare entro inizio luglio l'appuntamento con la sua collega di Bologna ma io non ho mai ricevuto quella telefonata... ha smesso di rispondere alle telefonate e ai wapp...bel modo di trattare i clienti! I contacted her for the first time in early May and during the telephone conversation she told me that it would not be necessary to go to Rome and that she could do everything remotely by relying on one of her colleagues in Bologna. Months go by and he always has an excuse ready to postpone everything. The idea was to surprise my son for his birthday which was in June .... Last contact at the end of June - beginning of July, he should have organized an appointment with his colleague from Bologna by the beginning of July but i never got that phone call ... stopped answering phone calls and wapps ... nice way to treat customers!
