Contratto CO.CO.CO che non vale niente....in più prendono il 20 %del stipendio,I contratti sono difficili da fare perché questa accademia NON E TRASPATENTE e giustamente la gente non si fida,chi si fida resta inculato.... In 3 mesi di lavoro ho preso soldi solo per la prima settimana di lavoro(70€),il resto non lo più visto . Trovano sempre scuse, e ti passano da un impiegato a un altro , poi se hai fortuna arrivi a parlare con il direttore che in pratica ti dice che non hai fatto contratti e in seguito loro non pagano per niente.....Sbagliato PERCHE I GETTONI DI PRESENZA DA CONTRATTO DEVONO ESSERE PAGATI!!!!!! IN POCCHE PAROLE TI IMPARANO SOLO A IMBROGLIARE LA GENTE (TI INTRODUCI COME UN INDAGINE, QUANDO IN PRATTICA VENDI DEI CORSI COSTOSISSIMI. ) DIRIGONO IN FAMIGLIA L'ACCADEMIA, MA QUANDO CHIEDI I SOLDI SEMBRANO CHE SONO IN MILLE IMPIEGATI SENZA RAPPORTI TRA DI LORO!!!! LAVORI 6 GIORNI A SETTIMANA DALLE 14 ALLE 18, 4 ORE IN QUI CHIAMI IN CONTINUAZIONE E DOPO ESCI CON MAL DI TESTA ,OCCHI E GOLA E POI COME RINGRAZIAMENTO NON VIENI PAGATO!!! Ho deciso di rispondere ad un loro annuncio in cui ricercavano operatori telefonici. Sono stata contattata da un'operatrice molto svogliata e a metà del colloquio telefonico "casualmente" è caduta la linea, con tanto di sbuffo in sottofondo. Ovviamente non sono stata ricontattata una seconda volta, a dimostrazione del fatto che l'interruzione è stata intenzionale. Atteggiamento decisamente molto poco cortese, nonché per nulla professionale. Mi sono proposta nonostante sia una professione dequalificata in relazione alla mia laurea, ma forse per l'operatrice non ero all'altezza! Organizzazione pessima. Formazione e contratto servono sono per creare illusioni, perchè non viene rispettato niente di quanto detto. Bad company. It is a mockery. Si presentano offrendoti un lavoro con una durata minima di 3 mesi, con possibile crescita professionale e con dei premi vantaggiosi. Ti promettono un fisso mensile di 250€ solo per la presenza a lavoro, io dopo più di un mese non ho visto nemmeno quelli. Contratto di lavoro non valido come ciliegina sulla torta. Le belle parole e la formazione iniziale servono solo per farti tappare la bocca e continuare a lavorare. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente, visto che io ho ricevuto solo tante parolacce dalle persone che loro dicevano di chiamare. Fake and not at all serious company. Ti fanno contratto fittizio, non è regolare, devi lavorare 4 ore al giorno (da lunedì a sabato), per 250,00€ ai quali vengono sottratti 50,00€ di contributi cosa assolutamente non vera perché non si viene registrati ad INPS con quel contratto quindi se li tengono loro! Ancora sto aspettando i soldi dei mesi di agosto, settembre e parte di ottobre quando mi sono fermata! Il titolare, signor Giuffrida, con il quale ho parlato varie volte ha sempre promesso di darmeli, mai visti! In più nell'azienda sono stata usata, come capogruppo per 3 gruppi , senza contratto adatto o aumento (con la scusa di vedere se ero adatta o meno alla cosa), da una che chiamano Capogruppo e che il sabato neanche è presente! Ora hanno anche la vendita di dispositivi di sicurezza, videocamere o telecamere, quindi una seconda azienda pessima! Aprite gli occhi e non finite nella trappola di buttare il vostro tempo!
