Chiediamo una fornitura di piastrelle per un bagno, veniamo addirittura da Bergamo, diamo ok all'ordinazione a fine luglio, a settembre scopriamo che la tipa, direi che faccio anche il nome, Cristina, che se ne doveva occupare, è andata in ferie tranquilla senza far partire l'ordine, naturalmente le piastrelle non arriveranno fino a novembre, perciò cambiamo fornitura. Dopo aver mandato disegni, mail e tutte le indicazioni possibili scopriamo a fine bagno che hanno sbagliato il conteggio delle piastrelle e si giustificano dicendo che non credevano che andasse piastrellata la nicchia della doccia, direi quasi demenziale per dei venditori di piastrelle. Naturalmente hanno dato la colpa a tutti tranne che prendersi le loro responsabilità. Il colmo è che dopo tutti questi errori ci fanno pagare le piastrelle mancanti, oltre al fatto che hanno anche sbagliato a darci una scatola di piastrelle che anzichè essere blu era verde. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di servirvi da questo fornitore che oltretutto ha pure sbagliato due volte a farci la fattura, valutate voi. The worst is that after all these mistakes they make us pay for the missing tiles, in addition to the fact that they also made a mistake in giving us a box of tiles which instead of being blue was green. I strongly advise you not to use this supplier who, moreover, has also made a mistake twice in making us the invoice, you evaluate.
