A very small museum that offers a general smattering of the bear's habits, history, life and decline, not only the Marsican one (found only in Abruzzo).

Si può richiedere di fare escursione guidata con possibilità di incrociare tre orse salvate da zoo e parchi divertimento. Consigliato. Sul museo è stato già detto l indispensabile, e per le info potete guardare il sito. mi soffermero'sulla visita alle orse. Sicuramente emozionante vedere 3 orsi così vicino a te ma nel loro ambiente. Non zoo o circhi, ma alberi su cui realmente si arrampicano o terreni suncui farsi le unghie. Tuttavia non è solo questo a colpire, quanto la meritevole narrazione su usi e costumi degli orsi, a me sconosciuti, la storia delle tre orse e del perché sono fortunate ad esser dove sono. Per il ns gruppo tutto questo è passato dalle parole della guida Luigia. I prezzi sono adeguati all offerta. Ricordo di indossare scarpe chiuse e adeguate a stradina scoscesa e sdrucciolevole. Non è una visita allo zoo, ma una visita da ospiti in casa di qualcuno. È richiesto rispetto e silenzio per non disturbare gli orsi nel loro territorio. For our group all this has passed through the words of the guide Luigia. Prices are appropriate to the offer. I remember to wear closed shoes and suitable for a steep and slippery road. It is not a visit to the zoo, but a guest visit in someone's home. Respect and silence are required in order not to disturb the bears in their territory.

M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park is beautiful and people are really nice, well willing to help. Unfortunately the website does not say what time the tours start to see the actual bears. (Tour is around 1 hour, by car you will be heading to a few locations to see the bears) During the summer time june/ juli/ august here are 4 time available: 10.00/ 11.30/ 16.30 & 18.00. Due to the heat between 11.30 & 16.30 the bears retreat to there cave and there are no tours given between these times, so be aware before you take the trip to the museum. Also note that the tours and museum are in Italian only.
