★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. To be honest, I haven’t come across such bad service for a long time. I mean, seriously, don’t you know how to manage a few tables? We had a reservation, but still had to wait for 15 min because male waiters didn’t care to check our reservation though we asked them twice. And our table was available as it turned out. And after finally getting a seat we were ignored for other 20 minutes. And that wasn’t only us. Shame on you, guys.

Reservatio definitely required! If you don‘t reserve, don‘t complain you habe to eat in a hurry!
