Macinano, dopo averli attentamente selezionati, grani antichi siciliani quali:
tumminia, rossello...
Farine senza alcun tipo di pesticidi e conservanti che vendono ai locali e ai migliori ristoranti del luogo.
Con la tumminia si fanno le "busiate" e assicuro che sono leggere e facilmente digeribili perché contengono pochi amidi.
