★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio scadente, personale poco gentile, scarsa scelta di prodotti e la cosa peggiore: cameriera incapace di fare un caffè macchiato decente. Pessima esperienza.
 Poor service, unkind staff, poor choice of products and worst of all: waitress unable to make decent macchiato. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato un caffè e una confezione di dolci a € 2.10... tutto nella norma. Però all' atto del pagamento io ho consegnato 4 euro. Mi hanno consegnato il resto sbagliato e inoltre sullo scontrino risultava che avessi pagato 2.10 euro con un resto di 0. Mi sono sentito molto offeso e preso in giro. Pessima esperienza.
I paid for a coffee and a pack of sweets for € 2.10 ... all normal. But at the time of payment, I delivered 4 euros. They handed me the wrong change and also on the receipt showed that I had paid 2.10 euros with a rest of 0. I felt very offended and teased. Very bad experience.

A motorway restaurant in a station, cheap, expensive stuff, served to fish in the face in often dirty places. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tavoli sporchi, servizio al banco appena sufficiente, ancora aperti dopo anni perché all'interno della stazione ferroviaria, in un altro contesto avrebbero già chiuso.
Dirty tables, barely sufficient counter service, still open after years because inside the train station, in another context they would have already closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì 22.06 intorno alle ore 7,30 ero in stazione in attesa del mio treno, con la mia famiglia decido di far colazione nell'unico bar che c'è e mi sono trovata una barista sgarbata e frettolosa, impegnata di più su quello che faceva la sua collega che non al cliente. Premetto bar vuoto... Dopo tre volte che richiedo un caffè macchiato me ne vado al tavolo con un caffè liscio, i saluti in quel posto si pagano caro, credo, perché io non ne ho ricevuti né all'entrata né all'uscita. La prossima volta colazione la faccio fuori....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che lavoro con chef express. Sabato 20 novembre ora di pranzo all'incirca ore 13:30, siamo stati serviti da una ragazza capelli Mori e con la coda, a dir poco ARROGANTE. Vedendo che portavano i panini che riscaldavano direttamente al tavolo ho chiesto se era possibile. Mi risponde : assolutamente no! ( Poi aspettando ho visto altri suoi colleghi che invece portavano a tavola i panini acquistati e riscaldati.) . Mi consegna i panini in un sacchetto d'asporto, quando io ho chiesto di mangiare lì.
Chiedo se possibile di avere un vassoio e mi risponde che non è possibile perché erano già stati messi nei sacchetti e per lei erano da asporto.
Poi alla mia richiesta di motivarmi il perché , mi risponde ....per politica aziendale.
Non ho affatto voluto precisare che non esiste politica aziendale per queste stupidità.
Peccato non fossi il MISTERY, mi sarei tolto belle sobbiafazioni.
Spero solo che la Direzione oppure meglio il Capo Area prenda in considerazione questa recensione.
I state that I work with chef express. Saturday, November 20, lunch time around 1:30 pm, we were served by a Moorish hair girl with a tail, to say the least ARROGANT. Seeing that they brought the sandwiches that they heated directly to the table, I asked if it was possible. He replies: absolutely not! (Then while I waited, I saw other colleagues of his who brought the purchased and reheated sandwiches to the table instead.). He hands me the sandwiches in a take-out bag when I ask to eat there.
I ask if possible to have a tray and she replies that it is not possible because they had already been placed in the bags and for her they were take away.
Then to my request to explain why, he replies .... for company policy.
I did not want to point out at all that there is no company policy for these stupidities.
Too bad I was not the MISTERY, I would have taken off beautiful sobering.
I just hope that the Management or rather the Area Manager takes this review into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono trovato una ragazza al bar per niente gentile, rispetto alle altre ragazze che lavorano lì, mi chiedo come può essere possibile che gente così stiamo in contatto col pubblico, mi dispiace per le altre ragazze che per una pagano tutte, uno cerca solo di prendersi un caffè al mattino con calma è tranquillità pero essere servito così ti rovina la giornata, mi dispiace per Paola la ragazza del Sudamerica (Perú)che sempre gentile come tutti noi Sudamericani, però dispiace anche per le altre ragazze che lavorano è danno sempre un sorriso, anch'io lavoro in contatto col pubblico è so cosa vuol dire essere sotto stress pero nostri problemi devono rimanere fuori del lavoro, anche perché grazie alle persone che arrivano abbiamo la possibilità di lavorare
