Vado ogni due settimane prendo il pane con semi di girasole, le brioches alla marmellata, lo strudel fatto con solo mele, le torte tipo "foresta nera", i cioccolatini fatti da loro, le creme spalmabili di loro produzione tipo "Nutella", e tanta varietà di pane e di dolci. Un panificio davvero a cinque stelle.
Non è da sottovalutare la gentilezza delle commesse e la loro premura nel servire al banco. Il panificio dista a circa 8 km da Bressanone, si trova nel paese di Velturno. Consiglio di provare i loro prodotti, sicuramente non rimarrete delusi.
It's the best bakery I know!
I go every two weeks I take bread with sunflower seeds, brioches with jam, strudel made with only apples, cakes like "black forest", chocolates made by them, spreads they produce like "Nutella", and so much variety of bread and sweets. A truly five star bakery.
The kindness of the shop assistants and their care in serving at the counter should not be underestimated. The bakery is about 8 km from Bressanone, in the village of Velturno. I recommend to try their products, you definitely won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE!! le commesse al banco toccano con le mani sia i soldi che pane e dolci senza guanti né disinfettarsi!! Quando abbiamo fatto notare che DEVONO osservare maggiore cautela hanno risposto che se no ci piace possiamo andare da un'altra parte!!
le autorità sanitarie locali dovrebbero intervenire, questo panificio infatti non osserva le regole e siamo nel mezzo di una pandemia.
ATTENTION!! the shop assistants touch with their hands both money and bread and sweets without gloves or disinfect themselves !! When we pointed out that they MUST observe more caution they replied that if we don't like it we can go somewhere else !!
local health authorities should intervene, this bakery does not comply with the rules and we are in the middle of a pandemic.
