★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay in Modica Old Town Rooms was great! One of the goals of this place to make my time at the house pleasant was definitely achieved! A nice old house in the heart of Modica Old Town in a tiny street. Behind the old walls you may find brand new rooms furnished in a modern style. Modica Old Rooms provide to the guests an incredible combination between old and modern style. All rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner Andrea is very nice and helpful. He was our guide in the restaurants, bars and beaches in the surrounding area. This guest house is more than what you expect to receive! I would stay in Modica Old Town Rooms again and am pleased to recommend the house to anyone seeking comfortable and nice place to spend a lovely holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived the lady on reception went through everything we needed to know about the room etc. and also where we could eat and places to visit in the area. This was our first visit to Sicily and we will be booking another trip back there soon and would definitely use Modica Old Town rooms again without question. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable and close to everything you could need. Thank you for helping to make the holiday a great one!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay in Modica Old Town Rooms. The room was small and basic, but very clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The water supply in the shower was limited but did not pose a problem for us. The owner and other receptionists were helpful and welcoming. The location is very central.
it suited us that this place did not offer breakfast as we like to go out and have breakfast in one of the many cafes around the corner. A small kitchenette was , however, available , to make drinks.
We did not mind being woken up by the church bells that rang repeatedly in the morning and enjoyed the culinary smells and cheerful chatter from the crowds in the evening drifting up to our room from the plazza.
