La ragazza che mi ha fatto le unghie era molto gentile e sapeva fare bene il suo lavoro. Ci torno sicuramente. I only went to do the semi-permanent nail polish .. but I found competent staff. The girl who did my nails was very kind and knew how to do her job well. I will definitely go back.

Insomma persone che vorresti trovare in ogni ambiente pubblico. Però ahimè … La persona meno adatta é una ragazza che non voglio danneggiare Ma si é comportata in modo poco consono, in un contesto di persone gradevoli. Per un episodio sgradevole nei miei confronti. Comunque ci ritornerò molto volentieri per il personale di cui parlavo e per come, Si sono adoperate,le colleghe e la responsabile, per ovviare alla sgradevole situazione in cui mi sono trovata. Peccato!!!!! . Comunque lo consiglio a tutti. Ambiente gradevole,professionale e molto ospitale. Grace, Ivana, Alissa professional helpful people. Purtroppo però questa è l'unica nota positiva. Rimozione+ semipermanente + "manicure" 50€..un furto, ma ritengo che se si riceve un un buon servizio il prezzo possa essere secondario.. peccato che, a distanza di 6 giorni (e sottolineo 6!) lo smalto abbia iniziato a riempirsi di crepe, scheggiarsi..insomma dopo 6 giorni (mi sembra opportuno ripeterlo visto che stiamo parlando di semipermanente e non smalto classico) sono dovuta andare a rimuoverlo e le mie unghie sotto erano totalmente distrutte, diventate praticamente inesistenti. Mi viene solo una domanda che diavolo mi hanno messo sulle mani?! Non ci andate se avete un minimo di amor proprio, probabilmente gli smalti giocattolo di mia nipote sono più buoni. The nail polish has started to fill of cracks, chipping .. in short, after 6 days (it seems appropriate to repeat it since we are talking about semi-permanent and not classic nail polish) I had to go to remove it and my nails underneath were totally destroyed, they became practically non-existent. I'm just wondering what the hell did they put on my hands ?! Don't go there if you have a minimum of self-love, my niece's toy nail polishes are probably better.

Ho chiesto perché mi chiama da un'altro centro estetico e ho detto che non prendo nuovi clienti. La sua risposta era solo... vergognati. Io devo vergognarmi? Vorrei sapere perché? Se comunque vogliono i miei prezzi, mi facciano sapere, che porto il listino prezzi molto volentieri di persona. LA VOSTRA RISPOSTA NON CI STA PROPRIO. HO AGGIUNTO LO SCREEN DALLA CHIAMATA CHE HANNO EFFETTUATO DAL VOSTRO CENTRO CON IL NUMERO DEL CENTRO ESTETICO. I am a nail technician in the area since 2006 with VAT and my shop. Today they called me from the modeling in lonato asking me my prices. I asked why she is calling me from another beauty center and I said I don't take new clients. His answer was just ... ashamed. Was a regular customer but will not return. What a shame. The owner should be more selective about the quality of his/her employees.
