Ho effettuato un trattamento alle ciglia di curvatura e tintura dopo aver chiesto dettagliate informazioni circa modalità ed effetti ed essere stata rassicurata sul fatto che non ci fossero controindicazioni. A trattamento inziato, dopo aver manifestato bruciori, arrossamenti e lacrimazioni, solo allora mi viene domandato se per caso ho qualche allergia! Chiaramente il trattamento non riesce a pieno, il risultato è scarsissimo e mi viene detto che FORSE il trattamento per me non era indicato. Al momento del pagamento mi aspetto almeno uno sconto, visto il risultato praticamente inesistente, e mi viene rifiutato. Dopo qualche insistenza la titolare mi “concede” di pagare la metà del prezzo concordato asserendo “ SE COSÌ SEI PIÙ FELICE”, trattandomi con sufficienza come se fossi una rompiscatole. Delusa e sconcertata da così tanta maleducazione, insensibilità e poca trasparenza.
Bad experience. I treated my curvature and dye eyelashes after asking for detailed information about modalities and effects and being reassured that there were no contraindications. After the treatment, after having experienced burning, redness and tears, only then I am asked if I have any allergies! Clearly the treatment fails to full, the result is very poor and I am told that PERHAPS treatment for me was not indicated. At the time of payment I expect at least a discount, given the practically non-existent result, and I am refused. After some insistence I "owner grants" to pay half of the price agreed saying "SO IF YOU HAPPIER", treating me with disdain as if I were a nuisance. Disappointed and baffled by so much rudeness, insensitivity and little transparency.
