Stefano Rossi, titolare di modellismo Rossi, che si è adoperato con l’altrettanto bravo Manuel della DJI ARS a risolvere il caso il più velocemente possibile. Assistito e seguito costantemente da questi ragazzi di grande competenza alla fine sono riusciti ad accontentarmi con la sostituzione ex novo dello stesso. Venti lunghi giorni, ma mi domando, era necessario inviarlo in Germania, ho perso una commissione, perché non mandarlo alla assistenza in Italia? In questo caso modellismo Rossi che sicuramente avrebbe risolto in pochissimo tempo. Comunque grazie infinite al sig. Stefano Rossi e al sig. Manuel della DJI ARS di Roma…veramente ???? Ho acquistato un drone con 3 batterie e tutti gli accessori Potensic d80 al prezzo di 80 euro insieme alle spese di spedizione. Il prodotto era sigillato e nuovo. Vorrei ringraziare il Sig. I crashed my mavic air and almost destroyed all the devices onboard (stabilyzers, gyroscopes etc. They helped me thru all the process and opening the DJI care insurance. The owner phoned me a couple of times to retrieve infos to speed up the process. Thanks guys!
