Totalmente negativo invece il giudizio sulla professionalità dei proprietari. Dopo aver speso almeno 600 euro, infatti, mi è stata negata la possibilità di cambiare un prodotto che, non è dato sapere i motivi, ma a casa mia dava performance non eccellenti ed al negozio invece si sosteneva fosse perfetto. In ogni caso al di la dei motivi (poteva trattarsi di un difetto del prodotto oppure di incompatibilità con gli strumenti che avevo a casa), ritengo poco professionale non dare la possibilità del cambio, adducendo il motivo che era passato troppo tempo dall'acquisto. In effetti dall'acquisto è passato oltre un mese e mezzo, ma il prodotto in tutto il tempo è rimasto fermo in negozio perché appena provato l'ho riportato indietro e poi, per problemi di salute di miei famigliari, non sono potuta andare a riprenderlo. Spero sinceramente che i proprietari modifichino il loro approccio verso il cliente. There is no doubt that it is a shop provided, although I can only give an opinion on the part of the trains. Ha senz'altro materiale interessante, ma il mio grosso rimpianto è la scarsezza di scatole di montaggio di velieri ed aerei della 1a Guerra Mondiale. E poi non vendono più aste di pioppo, acero, sfoglie di balsa... Peccato. Sarei un cliente più assiduo. In ogni caso la coppia che li gestisce da tantissimi anni è gentilissima e di gran sostegno. A shop that has moved from via Gela to 150 meters from my house. It certainly has interesting material, but my big regret is the scarcity of kits for WW1 sailing ships and planes. And then they no longer sell poplar, maple, balsa sheets ... Sin. I would be a more regular customer. In any case, the couple who have been running them for many years are very kind and supportive.

Ho cambiato il mio usuale ''fornitore'' con loro. Consigliatissimo!! One of the best (if not the best ...) model shops in Rome. The two owners are very well prepared and the shop is well stocked. I changed my usual '' supplier '' with them. Highly recommended !!

Ho fatto notare che sul loro portale indicava sia scala N che Z, mi ha preso per matto. Posto qui l'estratto del loro portale... The owner's rudeness left me thrilled.
