Ho comunicato questo problema e ho mandato delle foto, la risposta è stata semplicemente che la garanzia non copre questi danni. E mi hanno detto che i danni sono stati provocati dal cattivo uso. Capite la serietà? La mia parola contro la loro. Visto che siete così esperti che vedendo subito le foto, avete capito che "noi" avevamo procurato i danni. Ditemi almeno in che modo ho fatto a rovinare la cucina che uso anche poco. VE LO SCONSIGLIO. A year ago we took the rampazzo furniture kitchen. it is ruining by itself, every day I find a crack on the furniture and on the worktop, although I keep it with such care it is ruining. I reported this issue and sent pictures, the answer was simply that the warranty does not cover this damage. And they told me the damage was caused by misuse. Do you understand the seriousness? My word against theirs. Since you are so experienced that upon seeing the photos immediately, you realized that "we" had done the damage. At least tell me how I managed to ruin the kitchen that I use even a little. YOU DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dobbiamo però sottolineare che siamo stati molto delusi. Molto bravi a vendere e basta. Per quanto riguarda il montaggio e l'assistenza (quello che conta veramente) non siamo stati per niente contenti, addirittura quando li chiamavi non rispondevano neanche. Ci hanno sistemato la cucina dopo molti interventi e dopo 6 mesi. Siamo stati davvero molto delusi.
