Peccato. Courteous staff, good quality furniture but longer delivery times than agreed: more than a month and a half of delay in delivery and for two months now I have been waiting for me to replace the drawers of the furniture that arrived defective. g	grazia solazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masella e' una truffa totale. Ho ordinato mobili a maggio che dovevano essere consegnati a luglio, prima del trasloco. Arrivati col colore sbagliato. Mi smontano il tutto e ripartono per la laccatura. Ho atteso fino a oggi (5 dicembre), ovviamente ben dopo il trasloco (non vi dico il disagio di avere scatole di roba e nessun mobile dove riporli) dopo che mi avevano posposto la consegna non vi dico quante volte con scuse colorite e sempre diverse. Adesso sembrava che davvero avessero intenzione di consegnare. Questa settimana mi hanno minacciato di pagare tutto e subito altrimenti non mi avrebbero consegnato domani (sabato mattina). Ho pagato naturalmente e stasera mi arriva una mail dicendomi che mi consegneranno la prossima settimana. Ho avviato una pratica di rimborso per truffa perché' sono stufa di esser presa in giro. NON ACQUISTATE DA QUESTO RIVENDITORE perché' evidentemente o e' in malafede o ha un problema organizzativo, ma vi metterà' in difficoltà', e molta. Masella is a total scam. I ordered furniture in May which was to be delivered in July before the move. Arrived in the wrong color. They take everything apart and leave for the lacquering. I waited until today (December 5), obviously well after the move (I don't tell you the discomfort of having boxes of stuff and no furniture to store them) after they had postponed the delivery I don't tell you how many times with colorful and always different apologies . Now it looked like they really meant to deliver. This week they threatened to pay me everything and immediately they would not have delivered me tomorrow (Saturday morning). I paid of course and tonight I will receive an email telling me that they will deliver me next week. I started a scam reimbursement practice because I'm sick of being made fun of. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER because it is evidently either in bad faith or has an organizational problem, but it will put you in difficulty, and a lot.

Poi ho richiamato per sapere l'ultimo prezzo scontato che mi avrebbe fatto il sig Masella, e avevano venduto tutti i divani che avevo visto. Gente strana! Booooh Bad! They have no desire to work. I went 3 times to find out the price of some wardrobes, and nobody knew them. Each time a different price. Then I called back to find out the last discounted price that Mr Masella would have made me, and they had sold all the sofas I had seen. Strange people! booooh

Il personale è stato cortese e credo che le cucine Stosa offerte siano superiori a quelle low-cost di altre grandi distribuzioni: non sono pentito della scelta e ritengo il rapporto qualità/prezzo più che valida. Detto questo posso solo dire che la cucina ordinata a inizio giugno con l'assicurazione che arrivasse a metà luglio mi è arrivata a ferragosto (senza cucina non potevo per altro prendere la residenza, da qui la mia premura) inoltre, i montatori hanno rovinato l'anta del frigo, rigato il parquet nuovo. Oltre a questo, premesso che sono dovuto andare io a prendermi il rubinetto della cucina che si erano dimenticati, alcuni elementi di compensazione con i muri (di cui avevano preso in precedenza le misure) non li avevano e mi avevano quindi promesso che li avrebbero portati a settembre assieme all'anta nuova. Siamo a Natale e nonostante la mia pacata insistenza di concludere il lavoro, mi hanno più volte tirato dei bidoni. Non ultimo oggi, dopo le assicurazioni di ieri pomeriggio, mi hanno fatto prendere permesso dal lavoro e non si sono presentati: ho dovuto chiamare dopo un'ora dall'orario concordato per avere spigazioni. Mi pento solamente di avere pagato tutto ad agosto credendo nella loro buona fede. Peccato! Unreliable. I bought the kitchen here. La consegna è stata puntualissima, il montaggio veloce e preciso. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, sicuramente tornerò a comprare altri mobili. Consigliatissimi!!!! I recently bought a kitchen, the staff were very helpful and professional ... they met all my needs. Delivery was punctual, assembly fast and accurate. Da Gennaio ogni settimana ci viene detto che il mobile sarebbe arrivato la settimana successiva. Mobile mai arrivato. Presi in giro costantemente. A fronte di impegni lavorativi ed extra-lavorativi un mese passato ad organizzarsi per essere in casa per ricevere la consegna di questo mobile mai arrivato. Inqualificabili. Mobile ordered at the beginning of November with delivery scheduled before Christmas. From January every week we are told that the mobile would arrive the next week. Mobile never arrived.
