Our kitchen was installed in July; we are in December and the final finishing has finally arrived! The staff is incompetent, unreliable, someone even rude. I strongly advise against it.

Never again. And with this I said all my disagreement regarding this shop .... We bought a complete room, a Venice bed with another bed underneath, we had a piece of furniture made to measure for the entrance, a total important expense, let's call it that. As soon as you cross the threshold they also roll out the Red carpet, a million coaxing and kindnesses ... Once the order is placed, you are left to total abandonment. We had agreed that the delivery and assembly would take place within the first ten days of September, I had to ask again and again because no one was giving me news !!! Finally, after numerous phone calls and visits to the premises, they bring me the room in late October .. Nice nothing to say about quality. Ok now there is no entrance, they tell me we will come within three or four days ...... Yes, right !!!!!! They delivered the piece of furniture to me after a month, they mistaken the assembly by placing the piece of furniture against the opposite wall, the door that was used as a wardrobe without a rod for hangers, was practically a broom holder, moreover the door of a compass has the magnet of defective closure !! I call, and for the umpteenth time I am told to call back because those who followed us are busy, I expected to be called back, utopia. Finally we can get the consultant who has followed all our purchase to come home, he tells me don't worry, come to the shop I'll give you a handful of magnets, I'll give you the auction for the wardrobe, don't worry .... I go to the shop after a few weeks, quite sustained, I have every right, I am told that the accessory had been ordered, and I miss the shadow of the magnets. After another month I find myself a week after Christmas, without a hanger, and absolute silence from the shop .... To conclude, I ordered the auction for the hangers on Amazon, despite having spent a significant total amount, and the counter l 'I fixed it by myself to make it stay closed. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
