★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte das Glück einige Produktionsschritte begleiten zu dürfen. Dem Bauern Roland liegen seine Kühe wirklich am Herzen und die Claudia versteht was vom Käse machen. Der Topfen schmeckt mir am besten!
I was lucky enough to be able to accompany some production steps. The farmer Roland, his cows are really close to the heart and the Claudia understands what makes cheese. The curd cheese tastes best!

Whether gray cheese, butter, jam or Ziggolan, all products taste incredibly good. For us, shopping at Claudia's farm cheese dairy is simply part of our visit to Ahornach.
