A	Andrea Paganini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ formaggi di capra ottimi; il proprietario e' molto gentile e disponibile. c'e' addirittura la possibilita' di acquistare in assenza del proprietario lasciando I soldi in una cassettina e prelevando il formaggio dal frigorifero. c'e' anche la possibilita' di mettere il formaggio sotto vuoto. posizione panoramica, un po' lontano dalla strada statale. excellent goat cheeses; the owner is very nice and helpful. there is even the possibility to buy in the absence of the owner, leaving the money in a small box and taking the cheese from the refrigerator. there is also the possibility to put the cheese under vacuum. panoramic position, a little away from the main road.

Fuori dalla porta e deposta una cassetta della “fiducia “ , dove puoi prendere il formaggio e pagarlo anche se al momento il maso é chiuso The cheeses (with evocative names such as Peter and Heidi, among other things) are delicious and natural, the view is over the valley and the staff is friendly. Con l'auto si arriva molto vicino, ma l'esperienza migliore è visitarlo durante una bella camminata in quella zona scegliendo uno dei tanti sentieri. Real strong people. So però che voi userete la macchina alla faccia mia e troverete uno spaccio casalingo di formaggi di capra veramente straordinari: Saporiti, dolci, stagionati e freschi davvero buonissimi e con prezzi onesti sopratutto se vi presenterete come ho fatto io : esalando il penultimo respiro perché con l ultimo ero all assaggio... Perché solitamente il caprino in purezza è un formaggio deciso, dal gusto con pochi compromessi, questo invece con tre linee diverse esprime anime dolci e inedite. Dal più fresco con nota un po' più acida ma gentile, l intermedio lavato più dolce, e uno stagionato più deciso ma mai oltre. Bravo. A Maso a Dairy, that you do not expect because it offers goat cheese in purity of raw milk. And you also don't expect tastes to be like this. Il proprietario ci ha fatto prima fare una piccola degustazione (anche del latte! ?) e poi mostrato i formaggi in vendita. Il panorama è la vista che si gode da lassù sono meravigliosi, vale davvero la pena fermarsi. We bought excellent goat cheese here.
