V	Vincenza Favia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un nido di calabroni all'interno del condizionatore e in contemporanea un nido di vespe in una fessura della parete esterna del mio palazzo, entrambi posizionati ad una altezza di circa 5-6 metri. Ho combattuto con le vespe e i calabroni dentro casa per molto tempo e, dopo un'intervento pessimo e poco professionale fatto da una ditta di disinfestazioni, che non ha risolto il problema, mi sono rivolta alla ditta Mivra. È stata eccezionale! Ha risolto il mio problema!Voglio fare i complimenti al proprietario per la professionalità ,la cortesia,la disponibilità e la tempestività nel rispondere e nell'intervenire. Ha in ogni modo fatto il possibile per venire incontro alle miei esigenze. I ragazzi che hanno fatto l'intervento sono stati professionali,cortesi e disponibili, hanno utilizzato un cestello elevatore, hanno lavorato per 4 ore indossando le tute protettive contro gli insetti pericolosi. Hanno utilizzato un prodotto specifico contro vespe e calabroni ,hanno poi tappato i buchi utilizzando il poliuretano espanso. Sono poi intervenuti anche internamente controllando i cassoni delle tapparelle e sanificando il condizionatore interno al mio appartamento. I calabroni e le vespe sono spariti, ho riaperto finalmente la finestra e riacceso il condizionatore! Grazie mille! Consiglio questa ditta molto professionale per chi ha problemi come il mio I had a hornet's nest inside the air conditioner and at the same time a wasp's nest in a crack in the outer wall of my building, both positioned at a height of about 5-6 meters. He did everything he could to meet my needs. The guys who did the surgery were professional, courteous and helpful, they used a basket lift, they worked for 4 hours wearing protective suits against dangerous insects. They used a specific product against wasps and hornets, then plugged the holes using polyurethane foam. They also intervened internally by checking the shutter boxes and sanitizing the air conditioner inside my apartment. The hornets and wasps are gone, I finally reopened the window and turned the air conditioner back on! A thousand thanks! I recommend this very professional company for those with problems like mine
