★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione addoluta. Complesso asettico e senza nessun catattere che lo faccia spiccare. Sala cinema striminzita, terrazza concepita e realizzata malissimo per quanto riguarda gli spazzi . Appartamenti mal disposti e senza nessun tipo di appeal. Si salva forse un po' la vista , prerogativa dei piani alti, ma neanche più di tanto. Delusione vera.
Painful disappointment. Aseptic complex and without any catharacter that makes it stand out. Skimpy cinema room, terrace badly conceived and built as regards the spaces. Badly arranged apartments without any kind of appeal. Perhaps the view is saved a little, a prerogative of the upper floors, but not that much. Real disappointment.

Bright and well-cut apartments, especially the three-room apartment. All a bit cold and impersonal, especially the construction from the outside which in addition to having a not very modern appearance is penalized by the excessive presence of concrete. Breathtaking panorama

Sicuramente è una soluzione abitativa particolare ed offre un'esperienza unica a Roma che non ha al momento altri grattacieli dove abitare. Ovviamente gli appartamenti sono nuovi e rifiniti con buoni materiali. Interessanti anche gli spazi comuni... Per i condomini è infatti possibile organizzare eventi sulla terrazza, nella sala cinema privata nonché in un piano dotato di cucina quando non si può stare in terrazza. È presente poi un centro benessere e una palestra sempre per i residenti
I was visiting this skyscraper on an open day. It is certainly a particular housing solution and offers a unique experience in Rome that currently has no other skyscrapers to live in. Obviously the apartments are new and finished with good materials. The common areas are also interesting ... For condominiums it is in fact possible to organize events on the terrace, in the private cinema room as well as on a floor with a kitchen when you cannot stay on the terrace. There is also a wellness center and a gym for residents
