Maurizio, il figlio, con la sua energia e voglia di fare si occupa dello sposo splendidamente. E poi c'è lui, Emanuele, il figlio maggiore che dalla presa appuntamento, all'accoglienza, allo scambio di esperienze, opinioni e consigli, abbraccia gli sposi col suo calore e la sua disponibilità. Per una sposa l'abito è la cosa più importante, il simbolo del matrimonio, e trovarlo in un ambiente dove non si fa solo un acquisto ma si vive un'esperienza meravigliosa, è un qualcosa di impagabile. È stata una seconda mamma per me. L'ambiente è magico da Mitica. Emanuele e Maurizio sono favolosi. Indispensabili figure per questo splendido Atelier. L'abito dei miei sogni esiste grazie a loro. Mille altre volte GRAZIE. My experience with them was the best part of the preparation. I took off my dress yesterday, and I'm sorry not to be able to see my Lady Cosimina again. Ed ho ritrovato la stessa professionalità, la stessa qualità, la stessa gentilezza, la stessa accoglienza. La signora Cosimina è una seconda mamma per noi spose, dolce, paziente, sempre pronta ad ascoltare ed accontentare ogni nostra esigenza. E tutto il resto dello staff non è da meno. Sceglierei Mitica Spose altre 1000 volte e lo consiglio a tutte le future spose! I chose this atelier with my eyes closed, after the wonderful experience I had with my sister 14 years ago. And I found the same professionalism, the same quality, the same kindness, the same welcome. Mrs. Cosimina is a second mother for us brides, sweet, patient, always ready to listen and satisfy our every need. And all the rest of the staff is no exception. La commessa inizialmente disponibile mi ha chiesto cosa cercassi sia come vestito che come budget..le ho spiegato che Essendo il primo appuntamento e non avendo mai provato alcun abito prima non avevo completamente idea. In conclusione una volta fatto presente il budget che orientativamente avrei voluto spendere mi ha cominciato a mostrare alcuni abiti e mi ha colpito uno di questi. Chiedo gentilmente di provarlo ma la signora in maniera molto scontrosa e a mio modo di vedere anche offensiva e maleducata mi ha detto che era inutile provarlo perché non rientrava nel mio budget. Rimango stupita, quasi incredula e alle seguenti richieste di scuse del titolare di provarlo non riesco a dire di sì. Faccio presente che avrei anche potuto spendere di più se il vestito mi avesse colpita e allora hanno cercato di fare un passo indietro anche se molto goffamente. Capisco che è difficile esaudire i desideri di tutti, ma rovinare un momento così bello ed Importante nella vita di una donna non credo faccia parte della mission di un Atelier. Per tutti questi motivi vi do una stella perché di meno non posso dare e spero che non risucceda a nessuno una cosa del genere. I go to this Atelier, after having booked by phone, to look for a wedding dress. The initially available saleswoman asked me what I was looking for both as a dress and as a budget .. I explained to her that Being the first date and having never tried any dress before I had completely no idea. In conclusion, once I mentioned the budget that I would have liked to spend, she started showing me some dresses and one of them struck me. I kindly ask to try it but the lady in a very surly way and in my view also offensive and rude told me that it was useless to try it because it was not within my budget. I am amazed, almost incredulous and to the following requests for an apology from the owner to try it I cannot say yes. I point out that I could have also spent more if the dress had hit me and then they tried to take a step back albeit very awkwardly. I understand that it is difficult to fulfill everyone's wishes, but ruining such a beautiful and important moment in the life of a woman I don't think is part of the mission of an Atelier. For all these reasons I give you a star because I cannot give less and I hope that no such thing will happen to anyone.

Gia dal contatto telefonico per la presa appuntamento, mi sono trovata dall' altra parte del telefono una persona attenta e gentilissima che mi ha trasmesso fiducia fin da subito. Essendo abbastanza curvy la prima domanda posta è stata "Avete taglie per me?" E sempre al telefono mi è stato risposto " Sig.ra non si preoccupi abbiamo tutte le taglie e in alternativa le prenotiamo". Bene questa dose di positività unita al buon ricordo che mia cugina aveva di questo atelier mi a spinta a fissare l'appuntamento. All' arrivo siamo state accolte dalla sig.ra Cosimina che mi ha saputo orientare sulla scelta dell' abito, presentandomi dei modelli consoni alle mie forme. Insieme alla sua assistente mi hanno aiutato nella vestizione, facendomi sentire a mio agio . Ho scelto il mio abito nel giro di 45 minuti. L' ambiente pulito e confortevole fa da cornice a tutto. Attendo l' arrivo del mio vestito. Ve lo consiglio vivamente. Mythical sposi..mitiche people I would add. From the telephone contact for making an appointment, I found myself on the other side of the phone an attentive and very kind person who immediately gave me confidence. Being quite curvy the first question asked was "Do you have sizes for me?" And always on the phone I was answered "Ms. don't worry we have all sizes and alternatively we can book them". Well this dose of positivity combined with the good memory my cousin had of this atelier pushed me to make an appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Cosimina who was able to guide me on the choice of dress, presenting me with models suited to my shapes. Together with his assistant they helped me get dressed, making me feel at ease. I chose my dress within 45 minutes. The clean and comfortable environment is the setting for everything. I await the arrival of my dress. I highly recommend it.
