★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quattro stelle anziché 5 perché c'è sempre, o quasi sempre troppa attesa prima di essere servito, anche nel caso in cui ci sia un solo cliente in quanto dietro il bancone c'è un solo operatore,a servire e gli altri 2 preferiscono risolvere problemi interni piuttosto che dedicare attenzione alla clientela. Per il resto è una ferramenta ben fornita e con prodotti di alta qualità e a prezzi onesti, decisamente più convenienti rispetto ad altri esercizi simili nella zona. Cosa positiva è il servizio di assistenza post vendita, anche fuori garanzia. Interventi di manutenzione e riparazione piccoli/medi elettro/motoutensili effettuati sul posto.
Four stars instead of 5 because there is always, or almost always too much waiting before being served, even if there is only one customer as behind the counter there is only one operator, to serve and others prefer to solve 2 internal problems rather than paying attention to customers. For the rest it is a well-stocked hardware store with high quality products and at fair prices, decidedly cheaper than other similar businesses in the area. The positive thing is the after-sales service, even out of warranty. Maintenance interventions and repairs small / medium electro / motorcycle tools carried out on site.
