Mi è stato detto che era impossible trovare lo stesso tipo di cerniera e che quindi era necessario sostituirla anche nell'altra scarpa affinché fossero uguali che quindi ho portato in negozio. Dopo due mesi e diversi solleciti da parte mia, mi vengono restituite le scarpe: una con la cerniera originale e l'altra (quella rotta) con una cerniera diversa e tra l'altro messa pure male. Mi avete rovinato le scarpe nuove e anche costose e non siete riusciti neanche a chiedermi scusa. Quindi oltre a lavorare male, ad essere disorganizzati totalmente siete anche maleducati. Poi ci si lamenta quando si è costretti a chiudere per mancanza di lavoro! I brought a new shoe, worn only twice, with a broken zipper. Dopo altre due settimane chiedo di parlare col titolare ha rinforzato 2/3 cm di fascette con del cuoio...lasciando il resto del lavoro incompleto. Glielo faccio notare e mi risponde che x il lavoro da me richiesto ci volevano 40 euro. Gli faccio notare che nel preventivo nn ne fa menzione (premetto che non ho detto che nn avrei pagato); e per tutta risposta, questo Signore prende le scarpe e me le rompe deliberatamente, mettendole in un sacchetto. Attonita gli ricordo che sono cliente da anni e gli dico che è un cafone e che farebbe meglio a cambiare l'insegna in Mister lumaca!!
