È dotato di un grandissimo pregio " la pazienza" cosa che in questo periodo particolare non è facile avere....scherzando gli ho chiesto se me la vende..mi ha risposto con un sorriso sotto la mascherina. Il servizio vergognoso al quale mi riferisco è la impossibilità di entrare in contatto telefonicamente per le prenotazioni delle visite...il disco ripete sempre la stessa frase...a qualsiasi ora di qualsiasi giorno.."tutti gli operatori non sono disponibili" e si chiude automaticamente la chiamata... non è possibile nemmeno prenotare online..sistema penoso..soprattutto se poi si deve prenotare un checkup in convenzionamento diretto con qualche assicurazione.. In sintesi...la gestione logistica e manageriale della Misericordia di Campi Bisenzio è a dir poco imbarazzante, un insulto per gli utenti che si sentono presi in giro da un disco automatico...se si telefona anche agli uffici amministrativi la voce automatica del disco riferisce che gli uffici sono aperti dalle 8 da lun. a ven. e poi chiude la chiamata nonostante si chiami anche alle 8.30..alle 9..alle 11 etc. Una presa in giro per gli utenti...una gestione cialtronesca...una noncuranza totale per chi vorrebbe evitare di prendere l'auto, inquinare etc. ma che invece si vede costretto a non poter fare altrimenti in quanto tutto l'apparato di interfaccia con l'utente non funziona..a meno di presentarsi di persona. M	MARIKA FIORENZOLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto OK, eccetto alcune segretarie al 1^ piano x l’accettazione e ritiro degli esami in convenzione SSN : sono più lente di un bradipo, offritegli un caffè prima di entrare in servizio, non si può far fare la muffa alla gente in attesa fuori al freddo. Estenderei anche l’orario x il ritiro nel pom e il Sabato mattina. Non siamo tutti pensionati, liberi dalle 10 alle 12 purtroppo. Grazie Everything OK, except some secretaries on the 1st floor for the acceptance and withdrawal of the exams in the SSN convention: they are slower than a sloth, offer them a coffee before entering the service, you cannot make people waiting outside get moldy in the cold. I would also extend the time for pick-up in the afternoon and Saturday morning. We are not all retirees, free from 10 to 12 unfortunately. Thank you
