Per un appuntamento per fisioterapia in acqua, la respocionista stava parlando con un tizio e mi disse che era ancora aperta perché stava finendo con lui ed era in via eccezionale, ma a qual punto mi poteva far aspettare e prendermi appuntamento, e io gli dissi che ero entrata perché comunque la porta era aperta, mi rispose di ritornare alle 14 per la riapertura. Poca professionalità e gentilezza!
Hi, 3 days ago I came around 13, the entrance door was open and I went in to ask for inf. For a physiotherapy appointment in the water, the respocionist was talking to a guy and told me it was still open because she was ending with him and it was exceptionally, but at what point she could make me wait and make an appointment, and I told him that I had entered because the door was open anyway, he told me to come back at 14 for the reopening. Little professionalism and kindness!
