D	Daniela Hoekstra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Service, wir haben letzte Woche zweimal 2 E-Bikes gemietet. Beim ersten Mal hatten bei einem Bike die Bremsen nicht richtig funktioniert was wir nicht so toll fanden aber die Bremsbeläge wurden sofort erneuert. Eigentlich sollte das vom Fahrradladen vorher geprüft werden aber ich denke das kann passieren und für uns war wichtig, dass das Problem sofort behoben wurde. Beim zweiten Mal ist unterwegs der Motor vom Bike kaputt gegangen. Wir haben angerufen und das Problem geschildert und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde uns ein neues Bike gebracht. Das war wirklich ein toller Service. Die Bikes haben einen guten Eindruck gemacht und ich denke mit den E-Bikes kann es immer passieren das es Probleme mit dem Motor gibt. Das ist aber nicht der Fehler vom Vermieter. Für uns war es wichtig das uns sofort ein Ersatzbike gebracht wurde und wir unsere Tour weitermachen konnten. Great service, we rented 2 e-bikes twice last week. The first time the brakes weren't working properly on a bike, which we didn't think was great, but the brake pads were replaced immediately. Actually, this should be checked by the bike shop beforehand, but I think it can happen and it was important for us that the problem was fixed immediately. The second time the bike's engine broke on the way. We called and described the problem and a new bike was brought to us within a very short time. That was really great service. The bikes made a good impression and I think with the e-bikes it can always happen that there are problems with the engine. But that's not the landlord's fault. For us it was important that a replacement bike was brought to us immediately and that we could continue our tour.

Volevo noleggiare una Fully mtb, qui han cercato di rifilarmi un vecchio catorcio in cui la forcella era sgonfia e la sospensione posteriore senza leva dì regolazione (rotta) senza voler nemmeno fare uno sconto. La bici non l’ho presa in quanto inoltre la ruota posteriore non girava. Successivamente mi han proposto una “front”: un catorcio cigolante con copertoni sotto misura e raffazzonati. Con questo è caduta la catena dopo ca. 300 m. Per riavere indietro i miei soldi ho dovuto lamentarmi in quanto secondo il venditore la bici era comunque “ok”. Tutte le conversazioni sono state sostenute in italiano E in tedesco, ogni possibilità di “ci siamo capiti male” è da escludere al 100%. Non andate. Bad service, mockery. I wanted to rent a Fully mtb, here they tried to give me an old junk in which the fork was deflated and the rear suspension without adjustment lever (broken) without even wanting to make a discount. I did not take the bike as the rear wheel also did not turn. Later they proposed me a "front": a creaking junk with undersized and patched up tires. With this the chain fell after approx. 300 m. To get my money back I had to complain as according to the seller the bike was still "ok". All the conversations were held in Italian AND in German, any possibility of "we misunderstood each other" is 100% excluded. Don't go.
S	Sofie Berberich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlecht gepflegte Räder, unverhältnismäßig teuer Wir wollten ein Fully MTB leihen. Das angebotene Rad war kaum fahrbar - Vorderreifen platt, Kette und Federgabel komplett verdreckt. Die Schaltung hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Stattdessen haben wir dann ein Hardtail bekommen. Auch dieses leider vollständig ungepflegt und dreckverkrustet. Das Rad hat gequietscht beim Fahren, das Umschalten funktionierte nicht mehr bei leichter Steigung. Die Kette sprang bereits bei kleineren Anstiegen runter und verklemmte sich. Haben das Rad zurück gegeben und mussten noch diskutieren, um das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Sehr ärgerlich. Insgesamt 2h Zeitverlust. Absolut keine Empfehlung! Very poorly maintained bikes, disproportionately expensive We wanted to borrow a fully MTB. The bike offered was hardly mobile - front tires flat, chain and suspension fork completely dirty. The circuit didn't really work. Instead we got a hardtail. This too, unfortunately, completely neglected and encrusted with dirt. The bike squeaked while driving, switching no longer worked on a slight incline. The chain jumped down and got stuck on small climbs. We gave back the bike and still had to argue to get the money back. Very annoying. A total of 2 hours lost. Absolutely no recommendation!
C	Christian Willuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das schlechteste was ich je erlebt habe!!! E-Bike ein Tag vorher vorbestellt. Es war nichts vorbereitet obwohl Vorkasse. Zwei Bikes geliehen. Beide im sehr schlechte Zustand. Kette Trocken, zu wenig Luft, Sattel Hydraulik immer wieder lose. Der Akku war nach 10 Minuten Fahrt nur noch auf 75%. Bei der Rückhabe der Räder hat das Geschäfft 45 min zu spät eröffnet. Und alle Kunden haben gewartet. Für diesen Service würde ich nie wieder 55€ pro bike in Tag bezahlen .... so einen Unternehmer sollte man nicht unterstützen The worst thing I have ever experienced! E-bike pre-ordered one day in advance. Nothing was prepared although prepayment. Borrowed two bikes. Both in very bad shape. Chain dry, too little air, hydraulic saddle always loose. The battery was only 75% after 10 minutes of driving. When the bikes were returned, the store opened 45 minutes late. And all customers have been waiting. I would never pay 55 € per bike per day for this service again ... you shouldn't support such an entrepreneur
