★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata qualche giorno fa in pieno saldo.. non era la prima volta che entravo in un negozio Miriade e se devo essere sincera ho trovato le ragazze veramente molto carine. nonostante il negozio fosse pieno di gente e nessuna responsabile ( ho chiesto se erano sole ) ad aiutarle hanno gestito anche le richieste più assurde con tanta pazienza è sempre col sorriso sulle labbra cosa che invece non accade in altri Miriade in cui sono stata.. complimenti e grazie ancora per avermi consigliata nei miei acquisti.
I was there a few days ago in full balance .. it was not the first time that I entered a Miriade shop and if I have to be honest I found the girls really very nice. although the shop was full of people and no one in charge (I asked if they were alone) to help them they managed even the most absurd requests with a lot of patience and always with a smile on their faces which does not happen in other Miriade where I have been .. congratulations and thanks again for advising me in my purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata sabato e non ci andavo da più di un anno perchè sono stata all’estero per lavoro...ho trovato personale nuovo, poco qualificato, uso scorretto della lingua italiana, nessuna capacità nell’assistenza al cliente...non sanno nemmeno cosa stanno vendendo! Ma che fine hanno fatto le ragazze che c’erano prima? Sorridenti, gentili, preparate. Sono rimasta veramente delusa.

I found new, low-skilled staff, incorrect use of the Italian language, no ability in customer service ... they don't know not even what they are selling! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Valigia Semi Rigida pagata abbastanza! Dopo solo due mesi la Valigia di rompe! Mi avevo detto, nel momento dell' acquisto che era in garanzia per due anni! Ok! Porto scontrino e Valigia, fanno foto, prendono Cell... nome, cognome.. Vabbè! Mai ricevuta una chiamata da due mesi! Stamattina passo da lì per caso, incontro una commessa fuori, chiedo della valigia, e mi risponde che la Garanzia non è Passata!!!! In pratica, Non mi hanno Nemmeno Avvisata!!! Mha! Sconsiglio caldamente acquisti da Miriade soprattutto per i materiali, a mio avviso scadenti, con i quali sono composti i Prodotti! Prezzi Alti, qualità Pessima! Sul personale Non mi esprimo! Grazie a mai più Miriade!
I bought a Semi-Rigid Suitcase paid for enough! After only two months the suitcase breaks! I told myself at the time of purchase that it was under warranty for two years! Ok! I bring receipt and suitcase, take pictures, take Cell ... name, surname .. Oh well! Never received a call in two months! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo un franchising i prodotti sono gli stessi presenti in tutta italia, ma la differenza la fanno le persone. Le persone scortesi che ci lavorano, sono entrata con mia mamma per l acquisto di un paio d scarpe e la stavo consigliando e sono stata tolta fuori perche mi è stato risposto " con il consiglio io non guadagno", dubito anche dell intelligenza di questa frase, innanzitutto se avessi detto a mia madre che le scarpe facevano schifo non le avrebbe prese e in piu hai tolto la. Possibilità ad una cliente di acquistare, non ero entrata per acquistare però mi è capitato spesso anche nel vostro negozio di accompagnare e poi acquistare solo io. Mi dispiace ma avete toppato. Ma ora sconsiglio di entrarci a tutti quanti.
