Durante questo periodo il notebook ha presentato sempre lo stesso tipo di problemi.
Essendo un notebook che utilizzo per lavorare le conseguenze di ciò sono state molto problematiche.
To have my notebook working again, 10 months have passed in which I left the pc 4 times, for a total cost of € 220.
During this time the notebook has always had the same type of problems.
Being a notebook I use to work, the consequences of this have been very problematic.

In mattinata odierna inviavo mail chiedendo se avessi potuta restituirla in quanto per l utilizzo che ne avrei dovuto fare la risoluzione non soddisfava le mie esigenze e che avrei scelto in sostituzione altro prodotto di eguale o superiore valore. Prima mi veniva risposto che i prodotti venivano ritirati solo per difetto e poi che non l avrebbero cmq fatto per una questione di igiene!!! Premetto che all acquisto la plastica della confezione che conteneva la webcam era rotta ed era proprio l addetto a farmelo notare!!! Per la vendita l igiene non conta???!!!
I purchased a webcam on Friday April 3rd. In the morning today I sent an email asking if I could return it because for the use that I should have made the resolution did not meet my needs and that I would have chosen another product of equal or higher value as a replacement. Before I was told that the products were collected only by default and then that they would not have done cmq for a matter of hygiene !!! I state that at the time of purchase the plastic of the package that contained the webcam was broken and it was the clerk who pointed it out to me !!! For the sale, hygiene does not count ??? !!!
