Oltretutto provo a telefonare per sapere se è arrivato il prodotto ordinato settimane prima, e il loro centralino dice che devi mandare mail a cui poi non rispondono. Allo stato attuale in fila siamo 25 persone più un cane... pessimo.. Where to start: on December 22nd from 2pm to 3.30pm, in full lock-down, only 2 clerks are on duty, one of whom is always on the phone. Besides, I try to call to find out if the product ordered weeks before has arrived, and their switchboard says you have to send emails to which they don't answer. At present in line we are 25 people plus a dog ... very bad ..

Non so se controllano, ma certamente non ti fanno sapere! Ho ordinato un iWatch, che sarebbe arrivato ‘sicuramente entro la settimana’, tre settimane fa e non so che fine abbia fatto. L’avessi ordinato su internet mi sarebbe arrivato in tre giorni! Alla larga!! If, after countless attempts, you manage to get the phone answered, you will be told 'check and I'll let you know'. I don't know if they check, but they certainly don't let you know! I ordered an iWatch, which would have arrived 'certainly within the week', three weeks ago and I don't know what happened to it. Had I ordered it on the internet, it would have arrived in three days! Keep away!!

After two months of waiting they call me saying that the iPhone I had ordered had arrived, I go to the store to pick it up and I am told that the iPhone was accidentally sold to another person, they didn't even know what to tell me, aware of the error done, I think it's a really bad attitude, SHAME !!

Prezzi ufficiali Apple ma il vantaggio di trovare anche periferiche e accessori compatibili. Se si hanno le idee chiare su cosa si vuole comprare il numero dei commessi è sufficiente, se ti devi far convincere perché non sai che cosa fare dei tuoi soldi allora bisognerà portarsi una brandina. Nice shop, less "sterile" than an apple store but definitely oriented towards the minimal style of the Apple. Official Apple prices but the advantage of also finding compatible peripherals and accessories. If you have a clear idea of what you want to buy, the number of shop assistants is sufficient, if you have to be convinced because you don't know what to do with your money then you will need to bring a cot.

La risposta dell'assistenza (pagata 39 euro) è stata: Scheda Logica non funzionante (595 euro), guasto dell SSD (470 euro), assistenza tecnica hardware\software (108 euro), in più mi dicono che i dati era impossibile recuperarli e mi suggeriscono di inviarlo su una azienda di recupero dati che all incirca mi chiedeva dai 700 euro ai 1000 euro (FOLLIA). Ovviamente ho rifiutato il preventivo. Appena riprendo il mio Mac mi reco su un altro negozio che aggiusta computer e... indovinate? Con 70 euro ho recuperato tutti i dati e mi hanno aggiustato il Mac che adesso funziona di nuovo. Sono senza parole per la vostra incompetenza, la professionalità è pari a zero e la cosa più grave di voler derubare i clienti storici e affezionati Apple. VERGOGNA! With 70 euros I recovered all the data and they fixed my Mac which is now working again. I am speechless for your incompetence, professionalism is zero and the worst thing is to want to rob Apple's long-standing and loyal customers. SHAME!
