ESPERIENZA DISASTROSA, VENDITORE DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
DO UNA STELLA PERCHE' DI MENO NON SI PUO' DARE
Prima di acquistare un cellulare sul suo sito internet ho contattato il venditore in questione per sapere se era disponibile, mi ha assicurato di si e la mattina seguente procedo con l’acquisto, dopo poche ore mi contatta dicendo che il cellulare era esaurito ed in fase di assortimento.
Il giorno seguente senza nessun contatto procede ad annullare l’ordine di sua spontanea volontà ed emettere un rimborso, rimborso rimasto in sospeso ed annullato dopo due giorni, i soldi comunque sono stati presi dal venditore.
Contattato il venditore ha detto che aveva problemi tecnici e che avrebbe sistemato tutto, cosa non avvenuta dopo una settimana, contattato nuovamente si è reso irraggiungibile non rispondendo più ai messaggi.
Contattato PayPal, è stata aperta un reclamo, il venditore in via bonaria non ha risposto a noi e a PayPal, il reclamo è stato convertito in contestazione ed il venditore ha continuato a non rispondere ai messaggi miei e di PayPal, la contestazione è stata chiusa in mio favore e sono in attesa di rimborso da parte di PayPal, il venditore è stato segnalato da PayPal come truffatore.
Sarà mia premura effettuare anche una denuncia nei suoi confronti

Before buying a mobile phone on his website I contacted the seller in question to find out if it was available, he assured me of it and the following morning I proceed with the purchase, after a few hours he contacts me saying that the mobile phone was out of stock and in phase of assortment.
The following day, without any contact, he proceeds to cancel the order of his own free will and issue a refund, the refund remained pending and canceled after two days, however the money was taken by the seller.
Contacted the seller said that he had technical problems and that he would fix everything, which did not happen after a week, contacted again he made himself unreachable by not replying to messages.
When PayPal was contacted, a complaint was opened, the seller did not respond to us and PayPal in an amicable way, the complaint was converted into a dispute and the seller continued not to respond to my and PayPal's messages, the dispute was closed in my favor and am awaiting refund from PayPal, the seller has been flagged by PayPal as a scammer.
It will be my concern to make a complaint against you as well

Morale della favola prendono i soldi e spariscono per 15 giorni.
