★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto il Pilates negli ultimi anni è non sono una appassionata dell'attività fisica in genere, ma la grande professionalità dell'insegnante è tale da essere riuscita a coinvolgermi facendomi avvicinare ed apprezzare una disciplina in grado di armonizzare mente e corpo come non avrei mai creduto. Così, col Pilates, imparo ancora a conoscere e coordinare ogni singolo movimento, ed è piacevole.
 I discovered Pilates in recent years and I'm not a fan of physical activity in general, but the great professionalism of the teacher is such as to be able to involve me making me approach and appreciate a discipline that can harmonize mind and body as I would never believed. So, with Pilates, I still learn to know and coordinate every single movement, and it's nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratico da soli due anni ma i benefici li ho avvertiti dopo poco anche se non credevo che da sessantenne, sarei stata in grado di affrontare un percorso che è comunque impegnativo. Ma grazie alla professionalità ed alla pazienza, all’attenzione ai dettagli di Rosella... tutto è stato possibile. Posso solo che consigliare anche alle donne della mia età, questa bellissima esperienza ???
I have been practicing for only two years but I felt the benefits after a while even if I did not believe that when I was sixty, I would be able to face a path that is still challenging. But thanks to Rosella's professionalism and patience, attention to detail ... everything was possible. I can only recommend this wonderful experience to women my age too ???

Ambiente allegro, rilassante e molto curato. Il miglior posto per iniziare a conoscere il pilates con il sorriso e la professionalità di Rosella.
I have been attending My Pilates Studio for more than three years and thanks to the exercise program developed by Rosella my terrible back pain has completely disappeared. My Pilates Studio is a unique place. In Grosseto and beyond it is the best center. A place where professionalism (at the highest level) and relaxation meet to give life to our physical and mental well-being.
Rosella and Francesca are wonderful people on all fronts.
In the few months that I followed them, I solved my various pain problems.
The studio is always impeccable on all fronts: cleanliness and order.

I have been attending Rosella's studio for years and I am enthusiastic about her.I didn't like gymnastics, now I like to do lessons with her.I have also involved the women of my family and they are enthusiastic!
