Ordino un frigo nuovo on-line, arriva rotto.... Ovviamente nuovi contatti con questa assistenza per il frigo nuovo...... Ha distanza di 2 mesi sono ancora senza frigo. VERGOGNOSO!!!!!!

Arriva un certo tecnico Gigi che entra e in 60 secondi ci dice che bisogna cambiare il motore per la cifra di 240 euro. Gli chiedo se ci posso pensare un giorno. No, glielo devo dire subito e insiste per farmi accettare. Controllo che questo è il prezzo di una lavatrice nuova e gli dico di no. Lui mi dice che per la chiamata sono 45 euro e se compro un'altra lavatrice lui questa se la ritira gratisane. La richiude e va via. Dopodiché la lavatrice non si apre più e dà errore 05. Funzionava anche se con qualche problema e ora ne devo comprare immediatamente un'altra. Meglio fare a meno di questa assistenza
