Essendo un fornitore locale diretto non si pagano le spese di trasporto del gas dal gestore pubblico all' azienda privata! Concedono anche la possibilità di rateizzare le fatture I have this manager since I moved to Rozzano and I must say that I feel very comfortable! Ho parlato con 5 operatori diversi per avere uno straccio di informazioni, erano uno più scortese dell'altro. Procedure farraginose Bad customer service, approximate, vague in responses, slow. To become their customers is a nightmare. I talked to 5 different operators to get a shred of information, they were more rude than the other. Cumbersome procedures

A dicembre del 2020 ho fatto voltura ai miei coinquilini e a me mi sono arrivati dopo di che ,ben 2 bollette ? .ho chiesto ormai da febbraio un riscontro per quanto riguarda ultima bolletta ma solo scuse trovano .che tra l'altro non ci stava consumo gas da giugno ?.e inutile dire contattarvi! Chiamo oggi e la MALEDUCATA mi dice che è già stato fissato appuntamento per domani Chiedo informazioni del perché si fissano appuntamenti a caso e mi viene risposto Ma lei non sa nemmeno quando prende appuntamento? Ma se non chiamate clienti che appuntamento fisso ?
