Recentemente ho constatao che le cose non sono piu cosi, le assitenti alla vendita si trovano a gestire quattro clienti contemporaneamente, alcune non sono neppure preparate. Ho trascorso quasi due ore in continua attesa alla fine mi sono stancata e sono uscita. Rimpiango i bei momenti dove eravamo seguiti da personale competente e attento. I have been going to Minin's for years and I have always found beautiful clothing but above all the very trained sales staff. I recently realized that things are no longer like this, the sales assistants have to manage four customers at the same time, some are not even prepared. I spent almost two hours waiting constantly, eventually I got tired and went out. I regret the good times where we were looked after by competent and attentive staff.
