A	Alessandro Garbino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li conoscevo per lavoro da moltissimi anni, poi ho ristrutturato tutta la mia casa con loro e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto delle porte e finestre installate.Ieri ho telefonato per chiedere un intervento di manutenzione che dopo dieci anni ci sta' e con mia enorme sorpresa mi rispondono che sono presi coi lavori e non hanno tempo di fare tutte le manutenzioni. Dovrai aspettare un anno o e' meglio che ti rivolgi a qualcun altro. Io li aspetto lo stesso, perche' non vorrei cambiare opinione nei loro confronti e spero che il titolare si renda conto della gravita' delle sue affermazioni telefoniche. Ai primi di ottobre sono stato contattato telefonicamente da uno dei soci, sono venuti oggi 6 ottobre a fare un sopraluogo e entro questo mese mi hanno promesso che faranno le manutenzioni necessarie richieste. La stima nei vostri riguardi non è mai venuta meno e continuerò a raccomandare questa ditta per quanto riguarda porte e finestre in pvc. You will have to wait a year or you better go to someone else. I expect them all the same, because I would not want to change my opinion towards them and I hope that the owner realizes the gravity of his statements over the phone. At the beginning of October I was contacted by telephone by one of the partners, they came today 6 October to make an inspection and within this month they promised me that they will do the necessary maintenance required. The esteem for you has never failed and I will continue to recommend this company for PVC doors and windows.

I tempi di consegna e installazione sono stati rispettati. In cantiere i tecnici sono stati ordinati e hanno sempre mantenuto pulito il cantiere. Ditta seria e onesta. Consigliati!! Prodotti oknoplast superiore alla media del mercato per quello che volevo spendere . Tecnici installatori molto professionali ,dopo la posa non mi piaceva il registro di una porta finestra ,li ho chiamati e in tempo di una giornata mi hanno accontentato e risolto il problema. Consegne rispettate, comunicazione efficace in ogni fase (hanno sempre risposto in maniera rapida e tempestiva ad ogni domanda) e prodotti sopra la media. Abbiamo installato tutti i serramenti le porte interne ed esterne e la pergola Gibus senza alcun problema; anzi sono riusciti a compensare la cialtronaggine dell'impresa principale che aveva fatto una serie di errori macroscopici. Da questo punto di vista sono stati molto bravi. I prodotti sono sopra la media ma la pergola è veramente eccezionale in tutte le sue funzioni e nella cura dei dettagli. Seguiti in tutte le fasi dalla progettazione alla scelta dei prodotti, delle finiture e dei colori con sopralluoghi in cantiere e visite nel loro show room per poter toccare con mano l'ampia scelta di prodotti. Instaurato un rapporto di collaborazione attiva e sincera per ottenere il massimo da nostro investimento in termini economici, di resa e di prestazioni! Consigliati assolutamente!
