Servizio eccellente, personale cordiale, super disponibile e simpatico! Per noi il migliore.. ci ritorneremo presto sicuramente! We come from time to time on holiday in Ivrea from Switzerland and we brought our Husky here once. Excellent service, friendly staff, super helpful and nice! Un ambiente pulito e curato con valida strumentazione e tutto il necessario per la pulizia. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e tornerò sicuramente ad usufruire del servizio. Tornerò sicuramente, anche ad acquistare nel suo negozio che sembra molto ben fornito! Mi trovavo in vacanza e Vittorio è stato molto gentile e disponibile a trovarci posto seppur non fosse una cliente abituale. Servizio ottimo, la cagnolina è uscita ben toelettata e profumata e soprattutto… contenta! Grazie! Quando le esperienze sono positive mi sembra giusto condividerle. I brought my schnauzerine a couple of weeks ago. I was on vacation and Vittorio was very kind and available to find us a place even if he was not a regular customer. Personalmente aumenterei/diminuirei il tempo (con costo equiparato) a disposizione per lavare il cane in base alla taglia. Questo perché il tempo impiegato per il lavaggio, ad esmpio, di un Border Collie cane di taglia media o grande non è lo stesso impiegato per il lavaggio di un Chihuahua taglia piccola. Strumenti nuovi, puliti e ben funzionanti. Un altra nota positiva è la flessibilità oraria. Ritornerò, consigliato. Comfortable, practical and spacious Pet Wash (self). Courteous, competent and helpful staff. Personally I would increase / decrease the time (with an equal cost) available to wash the dog based on the size. This is because the time taken for washing, for example, a Border Collie dog of medium or large size is not the same as washing a small Chihuahua. New, clean and well-functioning instruments.
