(Per esperienza personale e per altre che ho scoperto) Spero chiudano al più presto. Dirty, messy, incompetent and most of all they treat dogs badly during grooming. (From personal experience and others that I have discovered) I hope they close soon.

Il mio cane viene tagliato alla perfezione, all'inizio aveva paura quando entrava nel negozio, ma ora che conosce l'ambiente vedo che è più tranquillo Very good and competent. La fontanella all'ingresso per far bere il cane ha le alghe sui bordi; la sala tolettatura, (sporca anche quella) è pessima! hanno tosato il mio cane come fosse una pecora, gli hanno perfino fatto sangue sulla pancia! hanno detto che gli facevano il bagno ed invece gli hanno spruzzato un pò di profumo; come se non si vedesse che il cane non è stato lavato. In fine mi hanno chiesto 45€ per un cane di 7kg scarsi tosato male e neanche lavato! Ma il top arriva alla cassa, quando ho dovuto pure insistere per frgli battere lo scontrino!!! io ho letto letto le recensioni degli atri che hanno dato 5 stelle, e per me non possono essere vere; è impossibile dare 5 stelle a qul posto Dirty! Nel percorso, presa dall'agitazione ha vomitato nel trasportino sporcandosi. Io ho chiamato immediatamente loro per un bagno e mi hanno accettata nonostante avessero dovuto chiudere 15 minuti dopo. Hanno chiuso più di mezz'ora dopo l'orario di chiusura per risolvere l'accaduto. FANTASTICI!!! Non so cosa avrei fatto senza di loro! Well stocked room. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Today I brought a Czechoslovakian wolf puppy home for the first time. In the path, taken by agitation, he vomited into the carrier getting himself dirty. I immediately called them for a bath and they accepted me even though they had to close 15 minutes later. They closed more than half an hour after closing time to resolve the incident. FANTASTIC !!! I don't know what I would have done without them!
C	Christian De Franceschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo abbiamo provato solo come negozio e non toelettatura...era la vigilia di Natale quindi ci può stare che fossero a ranghi ridotti. Ma la totale impreparazione del ragazzino a Malo e della ragazzina a Schio ci hanno fatto fare giri a vuoto. Non sono stati in grado di eseguire correttamente lo storno di una carta di credito e purtroppo la loro impreparazione ci ha fatto fare 16 km A/R per andare nell'altro negozio e vedere che c'erano esattamente le stesse cose. Il negozio di Malo è freddissimo (inoltre la porta era aperta e bloccata in quella posizione) mentre il negozio di Schio era mezzo vuoto per chiusura punto vendita. Temo non ritornerò We tried it only as a store and not grooming ... it was Christmas Eve so there may be that they were in reduced ranks.
